Beth Ann Meschter – Director of Catering

Has been in the hospitality industry for 25 years, starting in a kitchen and moving her way up the ladder to Director of Catering. “I have experienced almost every aspect of the business, from mopping the floors to setting up elaborate displays. I love what I do, making each event feel as if it is the most important function we have.”  Beth Ann has been with Inlet Affairs since they opened their doors in 2004, always striving to make IA at household name, and who you think of when you want a caterer.   Beth Ann is married to her husband Mark and has two boys ages 5&3 JC & Mickey.  In her spare time she loves to spend time going on family trips.


Matt Fusco – Chef

While growing up, in Pittsburgh, watching his father, Executive Chef Nick Fusco in the kitchen, Chef Matt grew a passion for the food industry.  His attention to detail is by far the best around; he views his food presentation as an art form.  After attending a Culinary Art school, Matt joined his father in their family business “Fusco’s.” His father retired after 25 years in business and Matt decided it was time for his next journey in life.   He has been with Inlet Affairs for 3 years, and maintains high standards for this industry.  When Matt gets a day off he enjoys coaching soccer and working in his huge garden.


Kerry Johnson – Chef

Born & raised in Philadelphia, PA, this chef has seen the country and cooked for many.  Starting with Inlet Affairs in 2005, Kerry has become the backbone of our company, making sure all food is of great quality and tastes like your mama used to cook! Kerry has won many awards in the Grand Strand area, 1st place Souper Supper, 2nd Place Taste of the Inlet to name a few.  Kerry’s family consists of 3 grown children, two boys and a girl.  If you ever see Kerry at a function make sure you ask him about them “Philadelphia Eagles”.

Inlet Affairs is a Myrtle Beach catering company located in Murrells Inlet, South Carolina. Inlet Affairs offers menus for clients that include but are not limited to: breakfast buffets, snacks, salads, plated lunches, lunch buffets, deli buffets, dinner buffets, plated dinners, hors d’ oeuvres, carving stations and themed dinners. Our catering includes off-site events, on-site events, weddings, corporate events, family events, charity events, and community events. Inlet Affairs can cater any Myrtle Beach venue, but a few of our recommended venues include Freewoods Farm, Inlet Sports Lodge, Sunnyside Plantation and Wildberry Farms. Inlet Affairs is located in Murrells Inlet, South Carolina across the street from Drunken Jack’s Restaurant & Lounge.
